Ethan began interning at Community Water Center in September 2016. He graduated from University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC) in 2016 with a B.A. in History and Politics. As a student at UCSC, Ethan realized his passion for groundwater policy, and conducted research on how water policy functioned on the local, state, and federal levels.

As an intern at Community Water Center, Ethan hopes to gain hands-on experience with community outreach and advocacy, and become more knowable about state and local water policies and organizations. Additionally, he hopes to conduct valuable research that will help shape policy, raise awareness, and bring about positive and lasting change. Ethan enjoys hiking, reading, and playing Frisbee.
