Set a Strong Drinking Water Standard for the Carcinogen 1,2,3-TCP

The goal of this campaign is to advocate for the most health-protective legal limit for the carcinogenic pesticide byproduct 1,2,3 Trichloropropane, which is found throughout Central Valley groundwater supplies, and create precedent for responsible parties, not taxpayers and water rate payers, to pay for cleanup of drinking water contamination.
