Central Valley Regional Water Board passes human right to water resolution!


On April 21st, 2016, the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board voted unanimously in support of the Resolution to adopt the Human Right to Water as a core value and to direct its implementation at the Regional Water Board. Just two months ago the State Water Resources Control Board set the precedent by passing the same resolution. Read more here!
