Community Organizer - Watsonville Office

Are you passionate about building community power in the Northern Central Coast? Do you have an interest organizing with rural communities or communities of color? Apply today to join the CWC team as a Community Organizer in our NEW Watsonville office! This position will engage, train, and support local community leaders and advocates from low-income communities and communities of color throughout the Salinas Valley and surrounding areas as part of CWC’s local-, regional- and state-level organizing and advocacy campaigns. This is a regular, full-time, exempt employee position.

Program Associate - Watsonville Office

Apply today to join the CWC team as a Program Associate in our NEW Watsonville office! The Program Associate position will provide day-to-day administrative support for the Watsonville office, support CWC’s outreach and organizing efforts, and provide logistical support for community meetings, platicas, forums, and other events organized by staff or CWC partners. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

Community Outreach Canvassers - Fall 2018

Community Water Center is launching a campaign to engage thousands of voters in Tulare County this fall to ensure safe and affordable drinking water for all. We are looking for motivated individuals who desire to help transform their community and region. This is a 10-20 day campaign from Early October to early November. The team will work five days per week (tentatively Wednesday through Friday from 3:30pm-8:30pm, and Saturdays and Sundays, when the team will work from 11:00am to 4:00pm).  The days worked are subject to change depending on campaign’s progress and goals.
